Christopher J. Gulotta is a cum laude graduate of Fordham University and a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. He is Of Counsel to the firm.
He has extensive experience in the areas of business and corporate law, commercial leasing and banking law, and represents numerous distributors in the purchase and sale of business distribution routes. His knowledge and over 25 years of experience in the areas of commercial leasing and banking law are invaluable to the firm and its clients.
Christopher Gulotta has served as a Continuing Legal Education Faculty Member of law schools and Bar associations, including Fordham University School of Law, Pace Law School, the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. His courses have included: mergers and acquisitions and commercial leasing.
He has been a featured columnist for the New York Law Journal, the National Law Journal, New York State Restaurant Association, Marketing Review and Convenience Store News. Mr. Gulotta also serves on a pro bono basis as a lecturer and columnist at the Entrepreneurial Training Program of the Vietnam Veterans' Leadership Program. He is on the Board of Directors of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Community Fund and Eastchester Volunteer Ambulance Corp.
